8. Program Terms

Registrations: Program registrations are binding upon confirmation. Cancellations must be made in writing at least two weeks prior to the program start date for a full refund.

Code of Conduct: Participants agree to conduct themselves respectfully and in accordance with HCSC's community standards. HCSC reserves the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive or disrespectful behavior.

Intellectual Property: Materials created or generated during HCSC programs are the property of HCSC and may be used for educational or promotional purposes, except where participants have specifically opted out in writing.

9. Donations

All donations to HCSC are final and non-refundable. Donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law. HCSC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: [Your EIN]). HCSC does not provide goods or services of monetary value in exchange for donations, except where noted.

10. Governing Law
